Our Approach

Execution &
Implementation

Established expertise and proprietary materials provide the foundation. Property-specific priorities guide their application, so preparation leads efficiently into consistent execution.

01

Confirm the Property Requirements

Begin by learning why the owner made each decision, how the operation works and what the concept is meant to express. Confirm priorities, people, budget and operating conditions before selecting and adapting established methods.

Study the property as a working whole: the team’s responsibilities, the movement of a shift, the purchasing cycle and the experience the owner wants people to remember. Listen to the people performing the work and identify where unclear instructions, duplicated effort or missing resources interrupt execution. Establish which priorities belong within the available budget, what can be accomplished with existing resources and which decisions require the owner’s agreement. Give each agreed action a responsible person and a clear purpose, connecting the intended experience with the practical conditions needed to deliver it.

02

Apply the Service & Beverage Standards

Connect service choreography, beverage composition, sensory direction, interiors, guest relationships and commercial offerings around the property’s identity. Explain the purpose of each decision.

Translate that identity into observable actions, from the first welcome to the final handoff. Define how colleagues communicate, how product knowledge informs a recommendation and how timing supports the rhythm of the room. Taste and discuss the food and beverage offering in context, considering balance, audience, presentation and value together. Align menu language, pricing, preparation and availability so the team can explain what it offers with confidence. Demonstrate the standards in the actual setting, then invite questions and rehearse the decisions people will need to make under pressure.

03

Adapt the Proprietary Materials

Apply fully authored, copyrighted training materials to the property’s roles, standards and service requirements. Configure onboarding, recipes, financial controls, purchasing, ordering and inventory tools with explicit ownership.

Build the supporting structure around the way the property operates. Organize order guides, product specifications, quantities, delivery schedules and storage locations so purchasing decisions can be followed from request to receipt and use. Connect recipe costs and portions with selling prices, inventory movement and spending limits. Make the approval process clear: who places an order, who authorizes an exception, who receives the delivery and who investigates a discrepancy. Explain how to maintain each document and interpret the information it produces, so the materials become useful working instruments rather than files that depend on one person to understand them.

04

Educate, Rehearse & Implement

Prioritize staff care, confidence and education. Teach the how and why; verify understanding, rehearse contingencies and cross-train roles. Recognize effort, celebrate contributions and make advancement expectations clear.

Work alongside the team in person, moving from explanation to demonstration, shared practice and independent execution. Break complex responsibilities into understandable decisions without losing the depth of the work. Use realistic situations—an unavailable ingredient, a delayed course, a difficult conversation or an unexpected demand—to develop judgment as well as technique. Give specific feedback, explain the reason for a correction and allow time to repeat the task with understanding. Bring managers into the process so they can continue the education, nurture confidence and support consistent practice as responsibilities develop.

05

Verify Execution & Sustain Consistency

Brief and verify readiness before service. Observe quality, timing and handoffs during service; support staff and address recovery with clear ownership. Review feedback and performance, refine the application and maintain continued communication.

Follow the work into ordinary operating conditions, where competing priorities reveal whether the structure is practical. Compare the agreed standards with what people can consistently execute, and discuss the causes of missed timing, waste, inaccurate orders or unclear responsibility. Use inventory, purchasing and financial information alongside direct observation and the team’s experience to guide refinements. Support the people responsible for maintaining the work, revisit questions as circumstances change and help owners understand the decisions available within their budget. Continued guidance connects education with implementation and gives the property a supported foundation for sustained progress.

Teach the Work. Build Independence.
